4.8/5The product as a whole is perfect! For context, I decided to get new earbuds after my 2nd gen Airpods broke. What was holding me back from upgrading however was the price most websites charge for AirPods. Then the stars align in my favor and I find an ad about the Back Market, a website that sells your favorite high brand items while helping the planet (as their products are refurbished). I got these AirPods for $118 which is WAY CHEAPER than brand new yet works exactly the same as if you were to buy them brand new! It's amazing and based on sound quality alone you wouldn't notice a difference between these and the new stuff. My only complain is that there's a few scratches on the inside of the case but it's pretty unnoticeable. Seriously, these are worth the cost. And the fact that you’re also saving the planet is a bonus! 5/5I put these AirPod pros in 5 star because I want people to hopefully read this more than If it was in the actual rating , but first these AirPods are 2 STARS , I used to borrow my family relatives actual non refurbished AirPod pros 1st gen and the sound quality was nothing matched to the refurbished AirPods , I was convinced that the refurbished ones were fake because of how much problems there were with it , I got these AirPods in fair quality and expected the case to come beat up , and that’s fine because I wouldn’t care about the case rather than the sound quality , they did the complete OPPOSITE the sound quality was so bad , the left AirPod had water damage and you heard components shaking in the left one , noise cancelation just didn’t work and noise transparency would turn on and off so randomly , I asked for a new pair , shipped it out and I was confirmed that they were going to give me a new pair , a few minutes later they just gave me a refund which is the opposite of what I happend but whatever I won’t buy from Amazing Wireless LCC or whatever it is , And I’m pretty sure their going to sell my defective product and sell it to someone else and just continue on this , no h...Apple AirPods Pro 1st gen (2021) - MagSafe Charging caseReviewed in the United States on May 2, 2024

4.2/5When I opened the box, they looked almost pretty much brand new (with the exception of a few nicks here and there). The audio was great and everything seemed to be working. However, the transparency and noise cancelling mode are very buggy and there is a loud static sound that comes out when I turn them on, so those modes are pretty much unusable.
