I was so relieved to have received exactly what I ordered with zero problems. I recently purchased a refurbished Apple Watch Series 6 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Despite being refurbished, the watch arrived in excellent condition, looking as good as new. It was carefully packaged with all the accessories included. (Charger, and watch bands.) The performance of the Apple Watch Series 6 is impressive. It's fast, responsive, and the battery life is fantastic. The always-on Retina display is bright and clear, making it easy to read in all lighting conditions. The health features, including the blood oxygen level monitoring and ECG app, provide valuable insights into my health and wellness. The watch seamlessly integrates with my other Apple devices, making it a convenient addition to my tech ecosystem. It's great for tracking workouts, receiving notifications, and even answering calls. 4.4/5Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". 4.6/5I'm very impressed with Back Market refurbished products. For the most part, they're reasonably priced. I was able to get a Samsung galaxy s23 for half the price of a brand new one. The phone was cosmetically and functionally in very good condition. I was very surprised. What got my attention about Back Market though is that they are B Corp Certified. 5/5Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. I was expecting a few minor scratches but when I opened up the box, it was in pristine condition! 😁 Not one scratch on either front or back of my phone! Your business was in touch with me, via email, from start right up to when I mailed my old iPhone back to you , free of charge. 5/5Wow. The shipping was fast - and over the holidays too! I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 which surprised me that a phone released in Feb 2023 needed refurbishing. The condition was rated as "very good". As far as I can see, it's damn near perfect. No signs of use. Looks new to me. I'd be curious to see what an "excellent" phone would look like. It works perfectly. And the fact that I got it at Xmas but have until Jan 31 to return? Even better. I don't plan on returning since I just paid over $100 bucks to protect the phone with an Otterbox case and a Zagg glass protector. Yes, I know I could've gotten it cheaper online or at Back Market but I'm so clumsy that I was paranoid enough to run straight to the TMobile store to get a new sim card and the protective stuff. Thank you to both Back Market and Maroon Mobile for such excellent service and an excellent device. 5/5If you are looking for a refurbished phone back market has never given me a bad product!!! This is my second iPhone purchase from their website and both times haven’t disappointed. I ordered a green iPhone 13 in good condition, with a new battery, arrived earlier than stated and had minor scratches on the back from the last persons case which is to be expected. I threw my clear case over it and it’s not even visible!!!
