The ease of ordering, and the quality of the product that I received, are the reasons for my high review of my purchase from Back Market. If I didn't know that my laptop was refurbished, I would never have known by looking at it. It looks and behaves like a brand new unit. Additionally, the seller threw in an upgrade of a touchscreen. I couldn't be happier with the price, the lightning-fast shipping, and the quality of the product.

The laptop is perfect and it's exactly what I was looking for. It's light, fast, and has all the features as mentioned on the website. You can't tell that it's been refurbished. Very pleased with my purchase.

I've never thought positively of fixed things, nor ever bought an item that was expensive that is fixed. Back Market has me thinking now. Only has a small area at the bottom that is scratched and the cover around the logo on the back screen of it is lifting a bit. All physical—internally, seems fine. Ending: I'd highly recommend not spending so much on a brand new item, Back Market is very suitable. Everything is new when it's new to you.

ThinkPad is working quite well- would not think it was reconditioned - very responsive fast internet and easy set up - shipping was on time and tracking easy- would recommend the product for a travel computer and the company for delivery

Been a week, so far really happy with the purchase. Good value for the price I paid. Looked up online and this laptop was available within the same range for used and higher price at reputable stores. I’ll probably buy one for my brother too. I was reluctant for my first refurbished purchase but not anymore.

I wasn’t sure about this online used electronics situation but honestly, I got an excellent laptop for a very good price. It works so well. I’m a grad student and do a lot of GIS and heavy graphics work. Normally I’m priced out of getting a machine that has anything beyond the basic capabilities needed. Getting a refurbished laptop was a win win win, and as a bonus I didn’t have to feed the exploitative and genocidal industry behind new batteries and electronics. If you’re on the fence, my suggestion is go for it.

i was skeptical about the laptop before i bought it because i’ve never bought refurbished tech before, but i can genuinely say i love this laptop. it has high speeds, it’s not super heavy for its size, the LED keyboard displays helps in the dark, and it’s very customizable. i’d recommend it to anyone! it’s great for school or casual use!

Very happy with my refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T480S. I haven't had a computer in years, and is taking some getting used to. But overall it works great, is in pretty good condition, good price, and shipping was fast. I've bought a few android phones and now a laptop from backmarket and have had a great experience every time. I will continue to buy from backmarket, every time the wife or kids break a phone.

I am a fan of this site. I've used it twice, and I am very happy with the Dell Latitude E7270 12-inch laptop I have purchased this time. It arrived quickly and intact. There were no scratches to the outside of the laptop, and it performs as it should.Great price too! Very satisfied return customer.
