Buying refurbished was a great decision and easy process. The iPad came in the box with the charger like it was brand new. It is in excellent condition and arrived really quick.

Came in amazing condition. Back market did an excellent job refurbishing this iPad and it has exceeded my expectations for it. Very pleased with the product along with the service and kindness.

Excellent iPad Pro. I like how it came wrapped in original packaging with its Apple box. It was all very professional and it looked new. It functions perfectly and I honestly don’t mind it being an M1 chip as the 2021 model. I’m a photographer, so I figured it’d be enough but if not next year I’ll get the latest iPad Pro from you! Your products are great and it helps the environment to cut down both cost and waste without affecting quality.

It arrived earlier than I expected. I did have to hard restart the iPad when it first arrived because it did have a few glitches like the touch screen didn’t work. Also, I was having difficulty with the accessibility. But after a hard rest, it worked perfectly fine. I am content with my purchase. I would also note, the iPad does get warm pretty quickly so I’m glad I bought the insurance they offered.

Love my new ipad and pen!! Everything works great.. the only thing I’m noticing is that is the battery isn’t the best or maybe it could be the charger - sometimes it takes a while to charge or the charge doesn’t hold as long. But other than that it works great.

I've purchased other items thru back market before and had a great experience but this ipad was really disappointing. I traded in the ipad i purchased new from costco only because i need more space on my device, and the ipad i received was worse than the device I traded in :c There was an option on here to send it back for repair but because of my work I can't be without a device for that long. The device's battery is actually great and for the most part its an ok ipad but I only use it for drawing, its my livelihood, and the screen has 3 dead spots that have become kind of tedious to work around. I havent gone anywhere to get a quote yet but I'm just gonna have to pay out of pocket for a fix

The iPad was cleaned and packaged safely. Unfortunately, it did have some scuffs at the sides but regardless, they are barely noticeable, especially if a hard case is on. Screen is without any scratches.

I’m very happy so far with my iPad. I ordered one in excellent shape. I’m not sure it’s in excellent shape and it loses ‘juice’ too fast, but it was in very good condition and with the price of a new one, I’m super happy.
