4.4/5Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.iPhone 13 256GB - Blue - UnlockedPurchased on April 21, 2024

5/5Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. 4.4/5In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! 4.6/5I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process. Very well managed, lots of timely communication, and no hassle with the return for a full refund. 4.5/5So far my experience with my refurbished iPhone 13 pro max 512 has been very good. I upgraded from a iPhone x. So it was a big upgrade for me that I've been wanting for years! Other then it taking 2 days longer then expected to arrive it came in great shape. There was a couple little nicks here and there but you really have to look to be able to tell and see them. Battery life 91% One thing that is going wrong tho is every time I try to take a pictures it is very blurry. Even changing the distance back and forth and messing with it. Any closer up pics are just completely blurry. I can take far away pictures but when I want to zoom in my daughter's face or my dog it's just a blurry mess. And the one thing I really loved about the pro max was the 3 cameras. So thats disappointing. But everything else is going great. And I would buy another phone from them. I will be reaching out them about what to do about the camera lense issue. If your thinking about ordering from this website I would definitely trust them and order from them again. 5/5If you are looking for a refurbished phone back market has never given me a bad product!!! This is my second iPhone purchase from their website and both times haven’t disappointed. I ordered a green iPhone 13 in good condition, with a new battery, arrived earlier than stated and had minor scratches on the back from the last persons case which is to be expected. I threw my clear case over it and it’s not even visible!!! 4.6/5I received my refurbished iPhone 13 and set it up today. I was disappointed to see that the maximum battery capacity is 88%. I was expecting that a refurbished phone would have a new battery (100%). Was I misled on that? I've already wiped my old phone to send in, and I don't want to return this one or send it it in for a new battery. I am just disappointed and will not be shy in saying so. **I did some research and found that the phone meets the battery requirement for "A" or Pristine.
