4/5Box was damaged by carrier, however the packaging of the used/refurb monitor was immaculate. Many of the components looked like they were heat sealed. The monitor itself was in overall good condition. All ports worked properly and I've been able to hook up all my peripherals. It is one of the few monitors aside from Dell where there's an Ethernet jack. I like how there's no external power brick. The only problem is on the right side of the display where there's a bit of light bleed. If you have a split window set up, the right window looks like it's sliding off the display. This doesn't happen on the left side.

4.2/5The product came on time and looked like it was in perfect shape. However, if the power cord isn’t positioned perfectly it will turn off. Also the colors look a little dim but that might just be the same for all of Think Vision E24Q-20.

5/5Only disappointment was that there was no usb-c to usb-c cable in the packaging. Thus requiring a trip to BestBuy to finish set up.
