4.5/5We've shopped Backmarket for ~5 years now. Several years ago, Backmarket refurbished products were near immaculate, even when choosing the 'good' condition. Our 2023 purchase was not that; there were a couple of chips in the screen and the bezel had a gouge among other expected blemishes. Prices are higher than they were a couple years ago even though we bought another Samsung Galaxy S10. 4/5The Samsung S21 Ultra appears to be fine in the two weeks since we received it and was as promised. Ordering was easy and delivery was as expected. Our trade-in offer was much lower than we had anticipated ($25.00) for a phone in complete working order without problems. I have previously purchased certified, refurbished smartphones directly from Samsung and felt we received a much better & fairer trade-in offer. While the price of the S21 Ultra was cheaper from Back Market, I believe that I might have fared better buying from Samsung in terms of overall cost. 5/5The product (samsung s10) was delivered before the deadline, it works perfectly, has no damages or scratches. I definitely won't buy anything new again, only refurbished when i need. 4.3/5It is good! The only thing is it looks like the back was taken off to replace the battery and it isn't well sealed (I can see the adhesive coming undone already). 5/5Delivery was on time. The phone itself came with a screen protector already on. (that was so nice) It has one or two little scratches on it but that is to be expected because its refurbished. Honestly once you put a phone case on you cant see it anymore. All in all I would recommend backmarket to friends and family. 4.5/5Trading in my beat-up S21Ultra with damaged screen for this excellent condition replacement enabled me to, in turn, take advantage of trade-in promotion at Samsung Store. My old phone was worthless for trade-in otherwise. The refurbisher who purchased my trade-in tried to claim that it didn't take a charge... but with my photos in hand, the Backmarket staff swiftly dealt with that. Be sure to take photos of live phone, and of each stage of packaging, so that Backmarket is able to support you in case of dispute. 5/5Love BackMarket! Lol love the new commercial/ad too! I’ve purchased quite a few devices over the last couple of years. From iPhones, galaxy phones, iPads and more im not thinking about I’m sure. They make great gifts… what’s even better they are refurbished and not some trash floating in our oceans and in our landfills. Every single device I’ve purchased is still being used and in perfect working order. Will never buy brand new again. I’m not one who likes the price tag of brand new items these days. So thank you backmarket team! Keep up the awesome work. Maybe throw some coupons to the repeat customers once and a while lol..
