4.2/5The microphone cuts out a lot while another person Is talking on speakerphone, or if they are streaming on discord etc, everything else with the phone seems great, the screen looks more colorful less orange like my iPhone XS I got a good condition, with a new battery so the battery is new. Both cameras look good, there is a small scratch on the back of the phone but that was listed for good condition so I don’t care much it’s on the back, the front of the phone is good no scratches the sides had no scratches the cameras no scratches, I do have a screen error but that’s bc it was replace most likely, when I do press on the screen you can tell it’s not genuine apple which is whatever (looks better anyways) I’m not tryna be picky but realistic for you guys who will read my review and you decide you want to buy this, it does seem like the iPhone 11 has microphone issues in general so it’s probably just apple in that case not the refurbisher fault, volume is loud and good sounds great, the down volume button is super sensitive though like it does at click like the up button doesiPhone 11 64GB - Black - UnlockedReviewed in the United States on January 18, 2024

5/5This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. 5/5I just converted to iPhone from Samsung.. (gasp!!) I know, I know… and honestly, no regrets. I was quite skeptical to buy an iPhone to begin with. And from an online retailer who, as we all know, aren’t always reliable or to be trusted. Oh, AND buying a USED/refurbished phone??! Definitely not my style. Especially with I rely on my phone as much as I do! So, I used my daughter as the Guinea pig! She’s twelve. If SHE thinks it’s decent and can approve it as quality, then win-win. And the price was right — I wasn’t about to drop more than a couple hundred bucks (max!) on a twelve year old girl… not once, not never! Lol Anyway, that’s exactly what happened. I ordered her a iPhone SE (2020) and waited for a reaction. She LOVED it. Wouldn’t stop showing me all the “cool apps she just got” and blah blah blah… ok ok — !! So, I ordered the exact same one! Couldn’t be happier. I’m a multitasker, so using multiple apps at the same time is required. This phone rocks. Still have the adjustment period of going from android to Apple, but this phone works amazing. Turns out, I now will be getting a third one for my other daughter. 5/5The phone had a alert saying a part used to repair the phone isn’t a genuine apple product. After I cleared the message and restarted my phone I haven’t seen it again! My phone looks like a new one. 5/5Love BackMarket! Lol love the new commercial/ad too! I’ve purchased quite a few devices over the last couple of years. From iPhones, galaxy phones, iPads and more im not thinking about I’m sure. They make great gifts… what’s even better they are refurbished and not some trash floating in our oceans and in our landfills. Every single device I’ve purchased is still being used and in perfect working order. Will never buy brand new again. I’m not one who likes the price tag of brand new items these days. So thank you backmarket team! Keep up the awesome work. Maybe throw some coupons to the repeat customers once and a while lol..
