4.2/5I got the "Good" condition. They frequently have a crackly sound, seemingly like a loose connection, shooting back and forth between left and right sides. I finally realized that the problem goes away when I turn off "365 Audio" and now it's okay. 5/5I love these earbuds. The sound is amazing and they fit really well and don't fall out. I paid for "good" quality, but the only flaw is a tiny micro scratch on the case.
