The phone I received was not in the condition I expected. The screen had a decent scratch and the fingerprint sensor did not work. I was able to upload the proper calibration software to get the fingerprint sensor working. I was just happy to have a phone I could use again.

The phone arrived in great shape and almost ready to use. I had ordered a Verizon compatible phone, but it was locked for AT&T. However, the phone walked me throught the steps to get it unlocked from AT&T, which was done surprisingly fast and I was able to use it quickly.
