The phone is in mint condition. It was originally a Verizon phone but has been unlocked. The screen has been replaced with a premium-quality one. However, the fingerprint scanner was not calibrated, which I discovered when setting up the phone. I fixed it right away using the Google website. Everything else is perfect, including the battery and camera. this is my second purchase from Cellfee and 4th overall from Back market.

i love my new phone!! delivery was a mess bc of usps but thats neither here nor there lol. i got it in ‘good condition’ and it’s gorgeous! only a few scratches and they are barely noticeable. great service and phone :)

Ordered phone in "Good" condition, was regretting that decision a bit after doing so but, phone arrived in about 3 days, and is absolutely perfect. You'd never know that it wasn't brand new. Highly recommend, and will be ordering all my future phone upgrades from BackMarket from now on.

Phone was even better than described was shipped quickly and works perfectly. My trade-in went smoothly and everything was done promptly with great communication every step of the way. There was one big gash in the camera bump, but I was fully expecting blemishes because of the "good" condition I bought into. Luckily, the case I'm using covers it up completely! I was surprised by the fast shipping and found everything to be in the condition promised. The phone itself works perfectly, the screen and camera look and work perfectly, so I'm very happy with the phone I received. I probably will buy from BackMarket again when it's time to upgrade.
