4.6/5I bought this computer in September to prepare for college. I love it! Everything works and it is still in great condition. Everything set up smoothly as well. I didn't receive the correct charger, but the customer service team reimbursed me for the cost and gave me credit for a charger that would work for the computer, so I will also add that the customer service was great, even if the product didn't come as intended. It works great as a compact, light computer that can still do a lot of work. I can even run the Sims on it pretty well. I'm very satisfied with my purchase!!

4.2/5Pretty nice laptop, and got it for a great price for the components that are in it. The laptop had an error message that popped up a couple of times that was resolved by updating the BIOS, but it led to the laptop having to constantly update and had to restart multiple times. Besides that the laptop is nice just wish they had resolved all those issues before I purchased the product.
