The item, an IMac 27 2019, supposedly in excellent conditions, arrived with a dent in the bottom and an additional scratch on the screen visible from far more than 8 inches which signals a Fair grade-level condition rather than Excellent. MacPro LA shipped knowingly the item in these conditions. Unfortunately, returning the item is not feasible given my work requirements. Beware that Back Market merely offered a $40 apologies over a $1566 order signaling that they won’t take accountability or hold accountable vendors in their marketplace. Due to my disappointment with the quality expectations and Back Market’s handling of the incident, I will take my business elsewhere.

My iMac shipped later than promised to begin with in. Back Market was responsive and apologetic and offered a 5% coupon for the trouble. In March, the computer began to have booting issues that seemed like an issue with the aftermarket hard drive that had been installed. I shipped it back to them as promised and though they promised a resolution within 3 business days, I attempted to contact them for two weeks with no response. It was not until I googled their customer service number that I received any information and I was then told that the seller had reported that the computer was damaged in transit. There was no resolution and I was continued to be told to wait 24-48 hours after every interaction with them until I was finally told I would receive a repaired computer which took another full week from my initial call. They again offered me a 5% coupon for my troubles and upped that to 10% when I was unsatisified with their response. Unfortunately since I had no recourse, I was forced to wait for the returned computer.
