I just received my 27" 2017 4.2Gh iMac from Creative Clouds Inc. unfortunately, unlike the two previous mac book pros I ordered from Back Markets refurbishers, this one had an issue with the display that was hard to over look. Clouds or streaks in the corners. That create an issue for me since edit images on my screen and the conditions is not inline with BackMarkets policy. I was given the option of returning the item to the seller to exchange or a refund. The refund will take a couple 3-5 days and the exchange 5-10 if I am not mistaken and with the level of quality control or refurbishment from Creative Clouds inc. I don't have high confidence that they will exceed my expectation the second time around so now I am faced with waiting an additional week or more to get what I was promised or getting a refund which will and repurchasing which will take almost equally as long. I am not incredibly happy with the outcome but I do not have any choices that will mitigate my loss of time.
