My wife loves her iPad. I wanted to purchase one for me, so I reviewed all of the refurbished 9th gen 64 iPads on your web site. As I searched further for other bargains, I found a new in box 9th gen at Target for less and went directly to pick it up. So, long story short, I have purchased an SE 3rd gen refurb from back market and a 9th gen iPad from you, both of which are great. The bargain iPad from Target is also great for less $.

I got exactly what I needed. It’s been about a month and the iPad works perfectly. I’m always worried with buying refurbished tech that maybe someone has programmed it to steal all of my data off of it and send it to them. But this is my second device form BM and I haven’t had my identity stolen. I wish the charging port info was more prominent tho. I may have splurged on the 2020/1 if I knew that one had USB C charging capabilities. I don’t like having to keep multiple types of cords around

Shipping was timely product was what it was described as and it works. The only negative remark is there are some imperfections on the screen itself that myself and my daughter noticed immediately. It functions properly and my 10 year old son who received it as a gift hasn’t said a word. He is completely happy with it. I know it is refurbished and imperfections are to be expected. Overall happy with the purchase. Would purchase again.

it’s great!! gets all the updated & apps you’d want my only complaint would be the battery it’s kinda iffy but it’s not really an issue! it just charges slow. other then that it’s a really great option for refurbished stuff!

I have ordered two. I have only opened one so far bc I haven’t got a free chance from kids and it’s a gift for them for Christmas. But the one I did open was perfect! Better than expected given the description of condition it was in since it is refurbished. I got a better deal on these than I would have a brand new one from Walmart with less GB. Since they are for my 5 and 7yo, they did not need the newest one out. I’m glad I ordered them, they are gonna be ecstatic on Christmas morning 😌
