I ordered a Fair condition and there was no visible scratches, dents, or chips. I’m sure this is not always the case but slap a case on it and it’s no different than a new IPad for a fraction of the price. This is my 3rd purchase from Backmarket and it sure won’t be my last!

I love the iPad, I’m a college student and I truly do think this will help me, and the customer service was great! I’m not sure if you guys handle this but the delivery was not the best. They left the package right in front of my residence where anyone could have stolen it. I’d prefer if it was placed in front of our door or at least our porch. Other than that I’m very satisfied, I will definitely buy again THANK YOU!!!!!

So far really great! It looks great only a couple of scratches on the back that are hardly noticeable. Got this for our 11yr old so she could have her own tablet & she was speechless! Best Christmas gift ever!

I was scared to purchase a device like this over the internet. Truthfully I had never heard of Back Market before but I went ahead and took a chance and boy am I glad I did. This device works perfect and my cell phone carrier was able to connect it to my phone plan so easy I couldn’t believe it. The device I bought was in “Good” condition but good is an understatement. It seems brand new to me no scratches no dents all options work. It came with a charger but the cord did not work long. The connecter box did but it was nothing to buy a new cord. I will buy from Back Market anytime and I recommend this company to everyone looking for a device at the right price!!!

All i can say is i’m in love, for an older model and i got mine in “fair”, it was packaged amazingly nothing was broken, scratched, or wrong about this ipad, it’s so fast it was so easy to set up and im in love!!! ughh its so beautiful i put it in my case right away! and it came fully charged. Anddddd it came in 2days!

iPad screen had white color spots on it. You should be displaying the exact image of the product. And also mention the same in product specifications about the condition of the screen.
