I couldn’t download anything because all it kept saying iOS updated needed 14.0 obviously the iPad is up to date ios 12.4 I had to think of solution to download the apps for my daughter and I end up doing a different method. Overall it’s good fit for a toddler, it was quick shipping and delivery. It came with good condition

My husband and I decided to get 2 tablets for our daughters for Christmas this year to get rid of there Amazon tablets. When I opened the package to check. I was sent the wrong tablets. The picture shows the iPad with the finger print but instead we was sent the one with the home button. The iPads are in good condition, both even came with working chargers and the box. It just wasn’t the one presented in the picture.

You should really let the customer know that the item is not updated. With it being so old it won’t update to the newest update available. It still downloads apps but it’s a little difficult cause most apps require a newer update to download

Absolutely love ! It was in great condition when it arrived, camera quality is great, software is up to date. Works pretty fast as far as downloading apps, and there are no glitches. Fast delivery however it did not come in the original Apple box but oh well it’s refurbished. My son loves it so much !! Also recommend on purchasing the protection plan as well, over all paid about $100 😊
