Very fast shipping which was amazing for someone very impatient like me. However I ordered excellent condition. There are a lot of small scratches on the screen which I expected because it’s refurbished but I did expect basically brand new since I paid for excellent condition. All in all though the iPad seems to work great so far so no major complaints.

So far so good. Bought the iPad for my 5 year old son and he is having a great time using it to learn and communicate with others. I will defin use Backmarket again and recommend it to others. Shipping was fast. And the iPad is in excellent condition.

This iPad was as in good condition. It was perfect except for for two teeny tiny pin prick sized popped paint bubbles on the back. I had to really look for anything wrong with this unit and they were nearly invisible. Kudos everything was way beyond expectation.

Life on the trailing edge of technology is pretty good. And Back Market's conservation message makes sense. I retired my eight-year-old iPad Mini 4 and leaped up to a four-year-old "good" iPad Mini 5 and it's doing everything I need. The case and screen are fine. The difference is that the 5 handles the latest OS; has a better, faster processor, a much better front camera and better color on the screen. It can handle an Apple pencil. I had the good sense this time to get the extended warranty. So far, no complaints. Buy what you need.

Condition is good and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I’m glad it was shipped via UPS because the day before I got fedex and it was delivered somewhere else so this one I made sure to get it dropped off at a UPS store. The condition is good which is also good because it’s for my toddler. Overall I’m satisfied. I would purchase again and recommend this item shipped via UPS.
