Came in perfect condition. No scratches or fingerprints. Works wonderfully. But I was playing a game on it while on Spotify and it restarted itself (twice). Don’t know if it was because of me or the system. It also gets hot pretty quickly if I am using it for like 20-30 minutes.

The iPad came in its original packaging and had the charger and everything. It looked brand new in my opinion and it’s been working great!

I ordered this iPad only to receive a completely different model 2 generations older and different specs then what is listed. I am very unhappy with my purchase and hope for a speedy replacement and partial refund from backmarket. I have always loved and spoken highly of backmarket but this has been quite an unfortunate and highly frustrating process!! Do better!

This device won’t even stay on for more than five minutes without crashing and getting stuck in an Apple logo boot loop. Very disappointed, I thought someone was supposed to check and make sure these things are functional before they’re dispatched. The camera is also dysfunctional for some reason and is abysmal quality/tinged very yellow compared to my old iPad Pro, though that’s a minor issue compared to it… y’know. Not even powering on! No idea what went wrong here but whatever it is went very, VERY wrong.
