The IPad Pro 12.9” unit I purchased was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The refurbished Generation 2 (2017) unit shipped fast (arrived a couple of days ahead of delivery estimate) and was packaged well. The condition of the IPad was like new. I am more than happy with the purchase!

the appearance of the uit was as advertised, delivered and packaged fine. Although I had a bit of trouble setting it up and in the end I lost so older apps I would have rather saved, but... it got it set up and working. Although, I am cncerned I am not sured if I bought a high eough version of the unit for what I wish to use it to do. That said, I do use it a little more than my MacBook Pro. The Only real thing that bothers me is I am charging it every evening. Lastly, since most things on both my MBP, iPad and old phone have been trnasferred to my iPhone ... I use it more than any other piece... AND, the battery lasts longer than both my iPad or the MBP. Sort of stunning in a way to me.
