4.5/5Only reason I’m not completely satisfied is that the charger sent with the IPad was a dud so I couldn’t charge it and had to order a new one. But the IPad itself is great! Can’t believe it was considered “fair” quality it looks brand new! Very happy with my purchase and will be a returning customer in the future!

1/5The seller sent me the wrong charging cable. When I contacted Back Market regarding this I was offered $15 credit towards the purchase of the correct cable. This is for the cable I should have received with my order in the first place. This is an unacceptable practice on top of false advertisement and potentially a fraud- bait and switch. (This review asks for review details but I can’t provide them because I can’t charge my gadget to see how it works- I would choose N/A option if there was one)
