I've never purchased a phone this way, only bought from the phone (Tmobile) store. So my son found this site and the phone he wanted. Smooth communication about the order. I could not figure out how to get the phone connected with the provided instructions, but after calling Tmobile they got everything transitioned easily. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
