Phone came perfect I really like it alot. Almost brand new the only thing that was wrong was a faded dark line on corner of the screen but it’s not to noticeable and doesn’t bother me will for sure be buying another device some day

Heard about Back Market on a podcast and decided to check it out when shopping for an upgrade. I always wanted to have more storage on my phone but thought it wasn't worth the money. Luckily I found the highest tier hardware cheaper than the lower levels – what a deal! I set the phone up at home and didn't even have to go into a store.

I use Verizon as my provider so got the Verizon phone. Verizon was unable to activate the phone because sim card not proper. Had to go through and get an electronic sim cart to get the phone to operate Verizon was helpful but it took a few days of back and forth re-booting BS and no phone. The phone once I got it functional is fine Thanks

The new phone is nice. However we cannot delete the old cloud account from the trade in. We followed the tutorial and still not able to complete the process. What can we do to process the trade in? Thanks Eric

We are massively disappointed. Our phone registered to a different carrier, which we didn't know until we took it to our local Verizon store. We contacted support, and sent it back but we were unable to access our account to view status (our fault for using Apple hidden email) but we didn't recieve any phone calls to try to fix the sitaition. We turned off everything before return and reset the phone but Find My was somehow still activated. It was then sent back to us again, we didn't realize it was the same phone, for above reason, tired all the things again, only to need to reach BACK out to you for further instrucation. We ordered on March 25... the origional shipping took longer than expect, and we are now 1.5 months out, still in the same situation as before. My fiance had zero issues but this has been a nightmare. Very disappointed.

Back Market sent me two bad phones in a row. My technician at Verizon confirmed that the quality advertised was incorrect, that both phones were in poor condition. Back Market said they would give me a refund after the returns period, and then decided to send me a replacement instead. This company is horrible, do not order from them. They are guilty of false advertising and selling low-quality devices. They will take your money, and they will do nothing to help you.
