Within a couple of weeks of receiving the phone, the back camera stopped working. I contacted customer service, was asked to send the phone back, and a new (refurbished) phone was sent immediately. No prevaricating, no discussion, case closed. I will continue using Back Market.

I’m not sure yet what to think. The phone works so far. It was upgraded for free from 256GB to 512GB which was a pleasant surprise. The only issue so far is the battery. It seems that it is not an apple battery because the phone can’t measure the capacity so I’m kind of in the dark right now on that. Im guessing it’s a new battery but what’s the quality if it’s not Apple? I’m hoping that I wasn’t upgraded on storage capacity just to get rid of a lemon disguised as a good gesture. The last phone I got from Back Market was great until I drove my truck over it on accident so I have confidence that this will be a good phone also. I would just like to know some details on the battery. Thankfully you have a good help center so I should know something soon enough.
