Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! got it for bf and it was in excellent condition which is the condition grade I chose. It was cheaper than fair or good condition options. Chose back market because 1) 85 percent battery capacity is higher than other places requirement of 80 percent for their refurbished models 2) 1 year warranty for free. eBay also offers 1 year warranty on some of their refurbished electronics but they only require 80 percent battery capacity. thanks back market ppl

I was obligated to get a new iPhone by my employer due to security restrictions. Naturally, my employer won't reimburse me for my purchase, so I did the bare minimum to get what I needed. I jumped from an antiquated iPhone 8 to a not-quite-old iPhone 12, fair condition. In my experience, phones are all but indestructible, so the external physical condition of it didn't concern me. It arrived a few days later, and holds a full charge. I checked the batter health and it's at 95%, more than I expected. Now I've got a case for it and it feels brand new. Couldn't be happier. I'll be back next year for an iPhone 13, I'm sure.

Screen protector (4 tried) will not adhere to top and bottom right corners. It isn’t an air bobble. Phone may have been dropped on those corners and affected the screen. Concurred by Apple and Best Buy. Phone works just fine. The bubble just drives me nuts.
