The phone got here in good condition with a good deal of battery charge. However, the charge cable that came with the phone did not fit the phone. Luckily, I had a charging cable that worked for the new phone.

Second purchase from thos conpany, and it’s amazing. I recently purchased a 12 Pro Max in “good” condition, and what I received was more than just “good” condition. The quality is amazing, there’s no wear or tear on the phone, and it does not look used whatsoever. Love the phone. No scratches and so far it works perfectly. The only thing I could even complain about is the battery life. It is 84%. I was hoping for 90 or more. But other than that it’s just fine.

The IPhone 12 Pro Max I order came in perfect condition even though I ordered good model and has been working perfectly fine up until a recent Apple update 17.3. I was skeptical when I first purchased but I will be a returning buyer in the future. I am very happy with my purchase:

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The seller ‘itsWorthMore’ had the best price for a Very Good quality phone. On arrival it looked like very good quality and no problems. Within a month the screen started clicking and coming undone from the framing. The top section also started coming unseparated. BackMarket usually has great customer service and I sent the phone back. Seller claimed it was out of warranty because it’s falling apart and sent it back, unrepaired. I had a local shop look at it- the lcd was not installed correctly. There was no adhesive or seal used. The seller or someone before them attempted to reglue the frame near the volume switch but the plastic was broken, it can’t be glued. The back glass was a metal aftermarket panel. I’m now stuck with a phone that I can’t keep in my pocket because it will likely come apart again due to the framing being previously broken and the phone poorly refurbished.
