phone works great! the only question I have is under setting the phone shows a (important display message) stating unknown part (unable to determine if your iphone display is a genuine apple part) How do I get that message to clear out in settings? thanks Ron Rbfritz6@aol.com

Everything about the refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max I bought is fine except that sometimes the screen does not respond when I touch it. For example, when I go to activate the microphone icon in the lower right corner to use voice-to-text… Sometimes I have to touch it four or five times before it responds. Same thing when navigating Safari. Just not as responsive as my prior iPhones. This makes me wonder if the previous owner of the phone did a non-OEM glass screen replacement. I guess it’s just a gamble when you buy refurbished.

The phone I bought works, sometimes. The iPhone 12 Pro Max was in rough shape and goes into sos mode frequently. I would say it works sometimes. It had the battery and screen replaced with aftermarket parts and the error message never goes away. It’s frustrating to have a phone not be able to connect to the internet or make calls. I feel like there is something wrong with the 5g antenna. It has a problem connecting to the next tower as I am traveling. As I am writing this post it just switched to sos mode. I have worked a lot with t-mobile to try and make it functional. We basically tried everything, and they are convinced something might be wrong with the phone. My best guess is that when the screen and battery were replaced something happened to the 5g antenna. I am considering returning or replacing it for a device that is more reliable.

THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!!!The phone looked good but the sound doesn't even work… at full volume the phone is barely even producing any sound. This is definitely something that had to be known before selling. I got this as a gift for my mother for Christmas she took forever- I’m talking hours after work to just set it up just for us to find out the sound dosnt work?! I’m beyond disappointed and feel scammed how did this pass the “excellent” inspection?! I’m calling it what it is I was SCAMMED this phone is basically broken there’s no sound! How someone could sell this and not disclose that and try to pass this off as a phone in excellent condition is awful and tarnished the reputation of this website. I spend $500 for this? Complete scam!
