Got a great deal on this phone, I'm very happy with it. Shipped very fast and it came in great condition, ready to go, and even with the battery charged. Battery health is at 88%. It said "good" condition, but this thing literally looks brand new. I don't see any scratches or dents or anything! :)

Overall great experience. Phone works as it should 100% I was not expecting the actual level of cosmetic body damage (legit dings and scrapes on corners like it had been dropped unprotected on pavement) but I did select the lowest tier of cosm quality, so now I know!

Bought this for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift and she loves it!! There were a few little scuffs on the side of the phone but nothing to major and something a case could cover up!! It works well and the battery percentage is at 86%. To top it all off it came in its original box. For the price and the condition I got the phone in I think it was well worth the money!!!

I just set up the phone. Was a bit nervous at first because It kept showing AT&T apps, notices, and I use T-Mobile. However once I copied things over from my old phone, everything was fine and I just manually wiped the AT&T items. Overall works fine and is in good condition.

I received the “excellent condition” iPhone 13 two weeks ago and it looks and works like a brand new phone. I have had zero problems with it so far.
