This phone was previously stolen and can't be used. It took me three days of calls and in-person visits to the Verizon store and, finally, a very uncomfortable conversation with the fraud team to even find out why it could not be activated. I have wasted hours on this. By selling me a stolen phone, BackMarket has not only wasted my time and failed to provide the item I paid for, but placed me in a bad position. One of the best reasons to use BackMarket rather than buying directly from an individual seller SHOULD be reputability and trustworthiness in order to avoid this exact situation. I'm very disappointed.
