I got this phone for my youngest daughter and as a test to see how ordering a refurbished phone would go...to my surprise this iPhone 8 really was in excellent condition. It looks brand new and The battery is lasting her all day too. The day I received this phone, I came back to order a different phone for myself, and it arrives today. I am very excited and I would absolutely recommend buying from back market, I plan to buy an iPad soon and will be shopping from here when I do. I love the fast shipping too.

I love love LOVE being able to purchase these refurbished items. I use this for all of my phones and tech and I haven't been let down yet. I bought a brand new laptop for $1200 from a manufacturer and it lasted less than a year, but everything that I bought from here has worked so well for the past 5-ish years! I work in IT so I started buying here figuring that I could just fix this cheap stuff as it breaks but (knock on wood) everything has been working great! The only issue I have ever have has been Apple killing the battery of old phones with updates, but they do that even with non-refurbished stuff. I feel a lot better spending $200-$400 every 3 years for a new-to-me phone instead of $800-$1500. My whole family uses it now too because saving money and preventing electronic waste is awesome since being green usually costs more instead of less. What a great deal!

I bought a Mac mini from here last year for my teen and was very satisfied with that purchase. I returned for an iPhone 8, my teen's first phone, and had my husband set it up. He was very impressed with its condition and speed considering it was an iPhone 8; he purchased an iPhone 13 from Back Market the same night. I won't be drinking the Apple Juice anytime soon but my guys are happy.

There’s no other company in the world that i trust more than backmarket to get me a decent apple product at a decent price. I never use to shop refurbished but this site is top tier. This gold iPhone 8 is clean. They did a good job making it nice again. There are no cosmetic issues whatsoever, the mesh covering the ear speaker is new and clean, the mesh covering the voice microphone area is also new and clean, the small screws are also new and clean. The only complaint is that the battery capacity is at 70%, and I will have to replace the battery. Even doing that, the phone is still a good deal, and I will have what I want, so I am happy. Thank you for this clean, pretty, functional “new” gold phone.

I ordered an iPhone 8 in good condition. Delivery was good and it’s working just fine. I was under the impression that there would only be slight imperfections on the phone, but not the screen. However, it does have a scratch on the screen itself.

The phone has a few quirks. It has a jumpy screen when I try to enlarge. Suddenly goes dark from time to time. Does not show missed calls. Shows the red dot, but doesn’t list them. If I turn my phone off, then back on then I can see them. I still stand up for refurbishing a phone instead of staying in debt to have a new one. Makes no sense to me.
