5/5The laptop was marked as being in "fair" condition. So I was expecting it to have a few scratches, dents, discolorations, etc. but when it arrived it was in pristine condition. A pleasant surprise, but it makes me skeptical of how conditions are determined. If this was "fair" then what does "excellent" look like? Does "excellent" mean what it says? Seems like there could be room for interpretation and some refurbishers take liberty with their definitions on what condition a device is in for their own benefit. Anyway, it worked out for me but I imagine it doesn't work out like that for most people. It's a bit ridiculous that there are no photos of the device itself so that the buyer can actually see the condition for themselves. You know, the basic standard than any re-sale website has?? 4.8/5Laptop came in very good condition, I was very pleased with the product. Only issue I had was, the charger isn’t an apple charger, and it wasn’t charging at first but it’s working fine now. 4.4/5The computer is nice. Price was decent I refuse to pay for a brand new one overpriced. The only complaint I really have at the moment is it is beat up a little bit more than I’d like. Got some pretty big dents and the rubber gasket around the screen seems to have been messed with but so far it’s ok. 4.4/5I was on the fence, not because of the risk but because of the perceived value, but then I stumbled upon an upgraded model, that was less expensive than a base model and I had to do it. I'm very happy, this is a serious upgrade for me a much needed one.
