So far, great. The battery life is in great shape and the computer has been running as expected. Like many others have mentioned it comes with a generic brick but it does a good job of quickly charging the battery and other than some minor cosmetic scratches in the bottom expected from a refurbished laptop I’m Very pleased with my purchase.

The MBP was really good in both aesthetics and functionality! The physical condition as described in the product description matched the actual condition of the device when I received it. So far I haven't been experiencing any issue with the device, which is a testament to both Apple build quality and the refurbishing that went into this product! I definitely will come back to BackMarket to purchase refurbished product in the future!

This unit was everything that I was expected, and more. The unit was clean and in perfect working condition. I had to return in just because I needed a higher end unit (with more storage and CPU power) for my work. I wish I could keep it. The return process was flawless and seamless. I wish all online retailers (new or refurbished vendors) had Back Market's customer service. Kudos Back Market. It's so worth buying from you.

MacBook Pro (2021) 14.2-inch - Apple M1 Pro arrived in perfect condition. I ordered excellent quality and looks brand new. Wasn't packed especially well or anything but the machine is perfect. They did send the wrong charger... a USBC versus the magsafe which is what this machine calls for... but backmarket issued me a credit so I just bought my own. Definitely impressed overall.

I got the 14” M1 Max MacBook Pro and it's absolutely immaculate!! After searching for any signs of prior use the only thing I could find was the smallest spec on the bottom that's only visible in specific lighting. All in all, an amazing experience - thank you Back Market!

My MacBook Pro arrived today, and I was elated to see it was well-packed. I’m happy with the appearance of bothe the outer shell and the screen (there’s one small dent on the front cover, but otherwise in incredible condition). I haven’t yet done much aside from setting it up, but all signs point to this being a well-worth the investment purchase. If had previously ordered a renewed MackBook Pro on another site and promptly returned the item for a refun, as it was NOT in the ‘excellent’ condition advertised. A friend recommended Back Market and I’m so glad I listened!
