MacBook Pro arrived in very good shape. All the parameters were correct (memory, storage, processor, etc.). Everything works well. The reason I didn't give five starts is the failure on the part of the company to do some of the basic steps to prepare the machine for sale, especially resetting the NVRAM. No big problem, I knew how to take care of it, but that would be a huge problem for those who are not savvy in these things.

Save yourself the hassle. I decided to give this seller a second chance since they had way better deals than everyone else, but I should’ve known it would be another terrible/inconvenient experience. They may have decent prices, but the devices have questionable battery maintenance/accessories and they didn’t even factory reset the MacBook this time before sending it to me so I couldn’t just open it and log in. It was also dead when it arrived so add that to the list.
