I ordered a macbook from this seller in “fair” condition and it came nearly perfect. It didn’t have any noticeable scratches and the screen was spotless. I would 100% recommend to buy from this seller!!

Lovely purchase! I got it in fair condition, and it looks brand spanking new! I as expected i5 but got i7 so that was a surprise! I thought it would be bigger since it said 13.3, but its just 13 in, which isn't the worst. Overall, great purchase! Hopefully it lasts.

The laptop is great! It came within three days, the packaging was super secure, and the laptop and charger are in perfect condition! It was actually a replacement for the one I'd bought from here previously. I had insurance on my first laptop, so when the battery expanded and stopped working, I actually shipped it to Asurion and got a payout for it, which let me buy this one. I've bought airpods, my watch, and now two laptops from BackMarket. I tell everyone how handy it is and how great the experience has been. It's so easy to find a good deal and the fact that there's a pay-in-4 option is super handy! I also love that the insurance is an option at checkout. I use my laptop every single day for work, school, and personal things. I live in a rural area, so the internet is also how I access things like shopping and healthcare. The insurance process being so easy and the shipping speed on my new laptop being so quick meant that I was never without a laptop. I truly could not recommend this company more.

No issues with the laptop yet. Although I did realize today that they put a big thick sticker on both sides that covers the entire outside of the laptop making it seem like there are no scratches or scuffs. I took it off and it revealed that it is in fact in fair condition. With sticker residue from the previous owner and some scrapes.

So far my laptop is holding up well! No visible scratches, all keys work, touchpad works. I bought it mostly for web development cuz I prefer 16GB rather to 8GB, the usual. I got it in Good condition so I wasn't expect it to come looking brand new :). I recommend it though!

OMG never have I ever been so satisfied on a purchase like this! Price was reasonably awesome. Product was above and beyond what I was expecting. Highly recommend if your shopping for a laptop do your research and you will see this is the best place to purchase your laptop ! God is good!
