First time ordering a refurbished product. Ordered "Good"condition to save money - the laptop came with no scratches at all! Battery cycle count was 30, which is almost nothing. The only issue is they left the package at the back door and I couldn't find it right away and was very worried lol. Wish the courier asked for my signature, but I guess that's on the delivery service and not PowerON (the supplier of my laptop). I'm writing this review 2 years later - still no issues with the MacBook Pro! Thanks.

I ordered it and got it in 3 days. it's fair condition but looks brand new. Battery works fine. I ordered this for music recording and photo/video editing and I'm sure it will be the perfect addition to my electronic collection. Buy any and everything here! You won't be disappointed.

It delivered fast which I was pretty happy about. I know I got it in good condition so there was supposed to be some dents and scratches but I wish the corner of the laptop wasn’t dented. But I can cover it up with a case. It runs smoothly. Can’t wait to use it for school and work! Thank you!

so far so good. I love my computer and it works and looks amazing. very minimal scratches if any. I was worried because I read some bad reviews but I paid for the excellent condition and it came exactly as that. Thank you guys well see how it goes from here. I've had it for about 3 weeks now.

Only way to tell it’s not brand new is from a tiny scratch on the front (it’s barely visible.) Besides that it’s perfect. No one would even know this wasn’t bought brand new! Such a steal!!! I will certainly purchase other devices through here in the future. Inside of the rectangular box it gets shipped in, it’s encased in thick bubble wrap. Comes with just a charger. I have no issues with this AT art. So happy **it was a little dirty with crumbs so that’s a backmarket issue, not Apple/ the laptop! ***

Gheeeeee this can’t be reallll!!!!! This laptop is brand new and working like nobody ever had it. Delivery was fast and easy. When I had getting the first original order they was so understanding sent me my money back and was communicating the whole time.
