I was undecided whether it would be the best option to buy a refurbished computer, today I look at the product I received and say that it was the best thing I bought, it was the best value for money. The Macbook i bought was in perfect condition and i chose good so i was very shocked. the delivery was quick i ordered on a friday and recieved it 4 days later on monday. one thing bad was that my card was charged twice and it took 3 days for the money to fall off.

I was recommended BackMarket recently to help find a MacBook for music production and I'm beyond satisfied! my computer arrived faster than I anticipated (five days including the weekend), and the setup process was a breeze. Mac itself was in lovely shape for a "fine" condition item, only problem being a slightly sticky "s" key. The computer is strong enough to accomplish all the tasks I need to, and the savings were ridiculous (about $1500). All-in-all I plan to continue using and recommending this excellent platform!

I was sold this macbook, in fair condition which it truly is. Sticker stains, scratches, and chips. Which is whatever - I truly just wanted a working Mac with good storage. When I used it for the first time, I find out there is an issue with the battery. It's asking for "service immediately" and telling me to replace the battery. Not only this, they sent me the laptop without the charger, so I had to pay extra just to turn the laptop on. Now looking to trade it back to get something worth my $600 investment, and they quoted me $150. Save your money and get your refurbished items elsewhere. Super disappointed.

I'm not very happy, I understand that the MacBook has small scratches but it has a dent on the left corner that even looks smacked and a large discolored mark as if something Hot was put on it.
