I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible. Thank you for making these young people’s lives a celebration of life. The refurbishment made all of this possible. Well done!

The MacBook was in great shape and is working well. It does have a dent on the top cover and a small screen scratch, which is expected with a refurbished product, but it would be better to show those specific flaws in a product description while buying.

Not really sure if this Mac was refurbished or not, or if it was just checked to make sure it was working and packaged up. It arrived in fairly decent condition, I purchased one in Fair condition, so I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect. It has several significant scratches and little gashes all over the bottom plate cover, could be much worse, the top case and screen are very nice, it’s just the bottom plate that’s a little beat up, and since it’s in a case, u can’t even see it. The bottom case plate is 14 bucks on eBay in perfect condition, so I could easily buy a replacement, but I don’t care, I’ll never see it. It is working perfect, that’s what counts. I got it for a hell of a deal at 474 plus tax, so I’ll take it thank you very much! If I could complain about one thing though, is the fact that it was not 100% clean when it arrived, I did need to wipe it down with iso, it doesn’t look like it had the once over from the refurb company, as it was clearly a little dirty, the case I mean, the screen was clean, but the top case and the bottom were not checked before packaging. Nothing a cloth and alcohol didn’t fix, but still.

This product and experience shopping with Back Market (my first time with this vendor) has exceeded my expectations. It arrived on time and was meticulously packaged. It was in great condition and had clearly been carefully wedged in with bubble wrap on all sides. The machine itself has been a great upgrade from my older model. I really appreciate that the charger that comes with it is actual Apple brand for this MacBook Pro and not some knockoff. This experience will likely have me returning as a repeat customer in the future.

Great Macbook Pro. In very good condition Almost like new. I had a few software issues at first but I just needed to do an update and then download what I needed. Also, change the settings to my country. Other than that I am more than satisfied.

MacBook Pro 16” 2019 was priced really well and arrive fast. I was surprised how clean the laptop is and with the intel i7 chipset it’s lightning fast. No hesitation in recommending Backmarket to anyone who needs a quality laptop and at reasonable price.

So far so good! I ordered the MacBook Pro 16’ 2019 in good condition. Not major scratches but I had to clean it since there were marks on it. Arrived faster than expected. My only concern is the battery life but so far I can’t tell if it’s good or not, I guess I’ll find out once I use it a little more. Happy with the purchase for now. Update: battery life isn’t too good, about 2h and 40 min until is out of battery. It’s alright since I use it plugged anyways. One thing tho is that after using for about 30min the MacBook starts getting super hot, even if isn’t charging which is concerning.
