They say this is Good condition but it feels like it's in excellent condition to me. My Macbook Pro arrived the same week I purchased it in great condition. I have never purchased a brand new Mac ever before in life and I don't think I ever will. Please consider purchasing from Back Market as you will not be disappointed.

The MacBook came perfect the only problem was the battery that wasn't working, It didn't charge more than 1%, but it had apple care so I went to a Apple Store and they changed for me, now its like brand new, I was really impressive with the quality of the product and the price. it was a great deal.

Fast shipping, smart computer and great service! While not the fastest laptop out there it is a great upgrade from a macbook air. It provides the basics and beyond with edit photos, video and more while still being strong enough to run (some) steam games.

I've been using the Mac for a month now and it's been working spectacularly. At first, it was tough because the battery arrived damaged, but the people feom Backmarket was always very attentive and helped me step by step to solve the issue. In the end, the Mac had AppleCare, so it was possible to fix the battery completely for free, and now everything works well. Very happy with my purchase!

The reported condition was better than I expected, only one cosmetic flaw that I have found. Shipping was fast thanks to the shipper being in the same state as my home address. This will be the first of several purchases using BackMarket.

I'm very, very happy with my purchase from Back Market. The condition said very good but it's more like new. It arrived a couple days earlier than expected too, which was very helpful since my old laptop had died rather unexpectedly and needed it for work. Can't speak highly enough of Back Market and have already sung their praises to at least 6 people. Highly recommend if you need a high quality new machine.
