5/5I was REALLY hesitant to order a refurbished iMac through a website that sounded like the Black Market as I worried that I would get ripped off with a suboptimal product. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised! I received a 2019 Core i9 MacBook Pro which looked nearly new even though it was listed as "Good" and I have been able to update the software to Sonoma without any problems. It was more than I had expected and I am glad I made this purchase. I will still use my old 2011 MacBook Pro for Photoshop purposes, but I am using this new/refurbished MacBook Pro for everything else and I love so many of the upgraded features. I will recommend BackMarket to friends and will likely make more purchases here in the future. I am an environmentalist and love the idea of extending the life of these technological devices. 5/5I am very happy with the Macbook Pro I received from Black Market. I didn't know how behind the times I'd gotten with my 2015 i7 until I started my "new" computer. I believe in recycling, and this applies to high-end merchandise as much as it does to cans and bottles. I'll be checking in with Black Market the next time I need a computer upgrade. 5/5The order came in excellent condition. Just had a few scuffs around the perimeter of the MacBook. The shipping was insanely fast. I ordered it on Nov 7th at night and it came on the Nov 11 which is 4 days earlier than expected. The MacBook was under so many layers of bubble wrap that I am most certain if someone were to drop kick it, it wouldn’t suffer any damages whatsoever. The charge cycle is pretty good. Keyboard and trackpad works beautifully. Set up was a breeze and the added bonus is that the device came fully charged.
