I was worried about ordering a refurbished computer, but after some research and looking into the seller I took the plunge. I ordered condition "very good" and am beyond happy with what I got. I received exactly ordered and also got a computer cover and keyboard protector along with it! The computer was clean and felt like new. I am very happy with the purchase.

Excellent. This is...the fifth? Sixth? MacBook Pro I've purchased from BackMarket, either for myself, or for others, place of business, friends, etc., and all within the last let's say 3 years anyway. One single time, I received one machine with one bad key on the keyboard (just occasionally not working, not responsive), and it was immediately returned and replaced, no worries, no charge, all good. I've also purchased iPhones...again, let's say at least 4 or 5 of these, as well, and at last a couple of wireless keyboards and mice, and I've selected at least a couple of iMacs for others to purchase. I'm happy to say that in every single case, these machines, phones, and devices were in better condition than expected/advertised, meaning, even fair condition was always great, and anything better is perfect or nearly so. So really, this is a simple review, and it's all positive: 1) The site is excellent. The UX is super solid, the ability to find what you want, quickly, easily, to filter and find, it's really first rate. It loads well. I have a new apple 13" macbook pro but needed a 16". We use mac's at church for presentations. I knew I couldn't afford a new one so I researched ones on BackMarket to get the right one. I also researched the sellers to make sure the seller was reliable. We used it Wednesday and today and she performed beautifully, just like a new Pro. I am very pleased. Overall pretty great!!! I bought it in “fair” condition and it looks basically brand new, save for some very faint scratches on the front of it. Specs are correct, Came with sonoma. The only negative: it came dead and wouldn’t turn on with the power adaptor that came with it. It said charging (so maybe it would have eventually) but typically mbps come on within like a minute of being plugged in and it sat for like 10 minutes. I tried my old power adapter and it came on immediately. A little scary but other than that so far so great! I, like everyone else, was super nervous about this purchase (i promise i’m a real person lol) would highly recommend!!
