Needed a machine that was a slight upgrade from the same model I had. BackMarket made the whole process simple and easy. Other than a slight scratch on the screen (no big) the laptop is what I needed to complete the job. Very satisfied overall.

This has honestly been one of the worst decisions of my life. I saw that the reviews were pretty mixed but for the people who had no issue they seemed to be happy with their purchase. I on the other hand had multiple issues and at this point have been without a laptop for 3 months now. When I first ordered the laptop it came in 2 days and I was so excited! Only to see that they sent the wrong laptop. No worries, started the process to switch it out the the correct one. Only this time they used ground shipping and would not upgrade or allow me to upgrade the shipping speed. So I had to sent the laptop back to California and it took 6 business days. Then I had to wait a week for the seller to confirm they received the laptop inspect it and confirm they had the correct laptop to send me. After all that they again sent the laptop ground so 6 days later I get the correct laptop. After 3 weeks without a laptop I had a lot of work to catch up on since I am a freelancer. It quickly becomes apparent that the laptop is not working correctly. It overheats and the fan goes off with the smallest tasks.
