It is a great phone with working functions. However when I had purchased the phone, I do believe it was locked to Tmobile. When I had received it, it was unlocked to AT&T and other carriers. I had spent more than 2 hours with tmobile to get the phone to authorize Tmobile to recognize it. I feel that if I search for a phone that is Locked to company, it should be locked.

My recent experience has been unacceptable. The phone purchased was sent with a bad battery. Upon sending back for repairs, the seller claimed the phone had not been wiped and sent it back. Upon return, the phone was completely wiped and reassured us that we had done everything appropriately. We tried to live with the phone but it needed a new battery. We sent it back for repairs only to receive a battery charge bank with the seller claiming that's what we sent. This whole experience has been awful. When reaching out to Back Market for assistance, all we got was to contact the seller. This is a complete waste of time and money. I will never shop here again.
