My negative review is aimed at the refurbisher. The original phone I received was the wrong color and did not meet the "grade" listed on the item as it was listed in good condition(screen in perfect condition) and the screen on the phone had multiple scratches and a crack/chip in it. The phone was replaced fairly quickly however the replacement phone also did not meet the grade listed on the Back Market website. i attempted to come to a resolution by asking for a discount however qas basically told to just return the phone for replacment or a refund. I have made multiple purchases over the years and this was very disappointing.

I do not blame BM for this I blame the seller, elGeo. I ordered this phone in "good" condition because I was not looking for a perfect phone as it was a gift for my mother-in-law who is not worried about a perfect phone. However, the phone that was sent to me was not only the wrong color, it was in TERRIBLE condition. The screen was cracked, the back was coming off because of cheap glue, the amount of scratches on this phone was insane (every single side/corner/edge was covered in scratches). I have purchased from BM before and had a great experience so I'm pretty bummed to be going through this especially since this item was a gift.
