The shipping speed & communication was a little frustrating, but–overall–I am very pleased with this phone. Customer service actually assisted in resolving my issues satisfactorily, which is a rare occurrence these days. Would (and probably will) buy this phone again.

I ordered the "fair" condition phone and it is in excellent condition. It got here really quick and I am so excited to use it but I have to wait for the case to come in for it!
