I was supposed to get an unlocked phone that was compatible with AT&T. The phone brand and model were correct however, when I bought it to the AT&T corporate store to have it set up and the sim card activated the two company reps could not get the phone to connect. They confirmed that it was unlocked but after 2.5 hours of trying they suggested I return it to Back Market. Thus far, I'm awaiting a response from Back Market as to what I should do next. The phone I ordered appears to be excellent condition and exactly what I need so I just have to be patient t his point.
