I used to get all of my refurbished machines from Newegg or upgrade with parts from ye olde computer parts stores. So glad to be able to buy refurb through a more streamlined and organized storefront! The computer itself works as expected, no physical marks, true to stats. Great for my freelancing work and having something on in the background (though the sound is tinny -- it's not an entertainment laptop).

came in good condition. The shipping was nice and loved the handy little card that came with it. Barely visible that it's refurbished besides the single mark. Bought from BackMarket before and always happy with the products.

I ordered this in Excellent condition but I honestly would believe it was brand new apart from the manufacturer warranty being expired after getting everything setup. An incredible deal buying it refurbished and looking and running like brand new.

I feel like I got a total steal here. A great laptop with plenty of power, modern design, and at a very reasonable price. Back Market makes it easy to filter the products down to exactly what I needed and shipping was speedy once I selected my Microsoft Surface. I'm stoked and will definitely use the service again.

This computer is good, the size, capacity, touch screen, and display are perfect in line with the price. However, its fan makes a noise I tried to install all the updates but the noise didn't stop. I tried to install Windows 11 and the noise reduced a bit as of now when you switch it on it makes a noise then stops (Not like when it had Windows 10). And that is when I'm using it at 100% performance. I hope it will be okay if I use it for my usual office work.

Great packaging and quick speed. Love the surface, but limitation of that model is slow or glitchy when using fingers and virtual keyboard has to be manually set up. All easy to work around with a keyboard and mouse add on. Next purchases!

It was my first experience with a Windows tablet. I currently have a PC and a laptop, so the skills were transferable. What took me a week or so to realize is that the camera doesn't work. Tried it on a Zoom meeting and nothing. Tried just the camera and nothing. But other than that, it does what I need in the 2 hour time span I use it, so I'm not complaining too much
