The refurbished Generation 2 (2017) unit shipped fast (arrived a couple of days ahead of delivery estimate) and was packaged well. The condition of the IPad was like new. 4.6/5It arrived earlier than I expected. I did have to hard restart the iPad when it first arrived because it did have a few glitches like the touch screen didn’t work. Also, I was having difficulty with the accessibility. But after a hard rest, it worked perfectly fine. I am content with my purchase. 5/5I’m very pleased with my new old iPad. It works beautifully and came in excellent condition as ordered. The charging cord that came with it is puny and cheap and will only serve as emergency back up. My first iPad was a 9.7 and came with a fast charging set. 5/5Outstanding service. Easy to choose which model I wanted and shipping was spot on. The best part was the condition. I know this might not apply to every single item purchased through Backmarket, but the condition was vastly underrated. The iPad was immaculate. The small scratches on the peremiter could only be made out with very strong glasses.I also appreciate the year warranty. You can buy from marketplace, Craigslist or offer up, but you get what you get. If it dies 2 weeks later, you wil be pretty darn sad. As the storage wasn't that much of an issue for me, and other models of the same size, generation and storage size can be bought for roughly the same price on backmarket, I decided to keep it and not hassle.
