5/5I was looking to save money on an iPhone 12, which I think is still a great product, but hard to find quality refurbished and phased out from Apple. Back Market fit exactly what we were looking for - and we bought 2. The devices weren't flawless, but totally acceptable and we throw a case on them anyways. 4.6/5My iPhone 12 is nearly perfect. Smallest scratch on screen, but I will take it. I tried a refurbished from Apple, sent directly to the store, didn’t work Apple couldn’t get it to backup the old phone’s data, then a refurbished from Amazon, the camera left water spots in every photo. I will never buy a refurbished phone from anyone else. PS I then bought an iPhone 13 for my daughter, and it worked perfectly also, and no scratiPhone 12 256GB - Blue - UnlockedPurchased on November 24, 2023

5/5Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! So glad I ordered from Give Back Wireless instead of Amazon or Apple refurbished. Phone works perfectly and was set at a very fair price. 10/10 would order again. 5/5The phone arrived in secure packaging and it is in better condition than advertised! Great price for such an awesome phone. I have used the iPhone 12 since it came out and I bought this iPhone 12 256gb to upgrade storage. 5/5I highly recommend Back Market. So far, there has been no problem at all with the IPhone 12 that i bought. It looked like a brand new phone. I did not find a scratch on it and it was immaculate. I was kept informed from the very beginning of placing the order on the status and shipment of the phone. 4.3/5So I have a lot to say about my order, mostly good but some bad. I bought the product red iPhone 12 and I’ve been using it for about a week, my first impressions are pretty good. It came 2 days early which was nice. It comes with a free charger, and a free screen protector which I was pretty happy about because I needed new chargers and screen protectors. The phone works like new. I haven’t had a single problem yet with the software of the phone it’s honestly great. It was pre set up for me too all I had to do was turn it on, and I didn’t need to go through the hassle of setting up a new phone which was really nice. However, the phone itself wasn’t that bad, but I just expected it to be in a little better condition, I paid for the good option. Now I completely get it, I didn’t pay for the excellent condition so there is obviously gonna be some scratches. To start if there are a few minor scratches on the back, nothing to go crazy over its what I expected from a refurbished phone. The from also has some slight scratches on it too, while these are a little worse I don’t care too much unless I’m really looking at it. And it’s such a huge improvement over my previous iPhone 8 in so many ways.
