I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible. Thank you for making these young people’s lives a celebration of life. The refurbishment made all of this possible. Well done!

Planning to buy new macbook but my bank account says no🤣 so i decided to bought this item here in back market to replace my 2012 macbook, initially i was in doubt to buy refubrished macbooks but upon checking some reviews and mostly positove reviews and noted that there is a 1 yr warranty to back this refurbished thats the time i consider to buy. This 2019 macbook pro i9 core i rate it 4.9/5,way above my expectecation No issues at all. I would never buy brandnew macbook again, i will be happy to come here and buy another one if needed or i recommend to my family and friends. Price, you cant beat it, i compare this to bestbuy before buying and bestbuy are wayyyy over price for refurb item with same spec. Shipping came quick too - just in 3 days! I am very happy with my 1st purchase here in backmarket and been using my mac for almost a month now and i dont have any issue so far. Thank you Backmarket!

I have been delighted with my purchase of a MacBook Pro 13.3 inch. The MacBook arrived on time and in good shape. It is everything that was promised and more. I was hesitant at first to buy refurbished but have found that my hesitation was unfounded.

I was undecided whether it would be the best option to buy a refurbished computer, today I look at the product I received and say that it was the best thing I bought, it was the best value for money. I needed to replace a laptop for my business. I was was extremely hesitant to purchase a refurbished MacBook online but BackMarket was recommend to me by a colleague. The MacBook Pro I received from this seller was in excellent condition, as promised. Seller even helped me set up the laptop and explained how to backup/transfer the files from my previous laptop when I had trouble. I have used this MacBook for two years now and have never had a single issue. I have since made several other purchases on BackMarket and every device has exceeded my expectations. BackMarket has been a game-changer for my business. I am able to give my employees the best technology at much lower prices than buying new.

When my macbook pro of 9 years suffered a dead motherboard, I took it hard. It had been a reliable workhorse for me for its entire life and I used it more than my newer desktop. I considered tracking down the parts and attempting to fix it myself, but was very nervous given the difficulty and my inexperience with modifying apple hardware. On a whim, I wondered whether I could find a refurbished copy of the exact same model and what the cost would be. I was pleseantly surprised to find the exact same model with the exact same features on this marketplace, and to find that it was the same cost as a replacement motherboard and battery (which I also needed)-- all without having to attempt the repair myself. Six weeks in and I have had no issues; the macbook was in better condition than i hooed for (far better than a hypothetical repair by me would have been given all the other wear and tear on my previous laptop). When I need to replace again in the future, I will strongly consider coming back here again for another refurbished device.

i ordered the macbook pro and then i did my research.... i know im stupid! i got scared because a lot of reviews about back market is quite bad, but i had 1 small hope because of a post on reddit. someone said that the item they recieved from Omaha Blue was really good and there were some people who supported the claim. I got lucky im still anxious about ordering from black market but i think im pretty confident about the item im about to buy if Omaha Blue is the refurbisher. My only complain about the item is that the condition is actually better if the laptop was wiped down and cleaned lol so far the macbook works perfectly!

This is my second laptop purchase from Back Market. My first MacBook Pro lasted me six years - and could have lasted longer had I been able to continue updating my OS (obviously a Mac problem, not a BM problem). I love my new laptop. It looks great and functions smoothly so far (I've had it for a few weeks). One concern that's hopefully nothing is that the laptop can get hot to touch. I know that the best way to make your tech last is to prevent it from overheating. It's difficult to tell if this is just how this laptop was made with the i9 processor or if the heat has to do with its refurbishing. It's something I'm keeping my eye on. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase.

I was REALLY hesitant to order a refurbished iMac through a website that sounded like the Black Market as I worried that I would get ripped off with a suboptimal product. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised! I received a 2019 Core i9 MacBook Pro which looked nearly new even though it was listed as "Good" and I have been able to update the software to Sonoma without any problems. It was more than I had expected and I am glad I made this purchase. I will still use my old 2011 MacBook Pro for Photoshop purposes, but I am using this new/refurbished MacBook Pro for everything else and I love so many of the upgraded features. I will recommend BackMarket to friends and will likely make more purchases here in the future. I am an environmentalist and love the idea of extending the life of these technological devices.
